Cactus flower — The desert blooms

I love the desert in the spring. The flowering season spans from mid February to mid June with a peak from mid March to late April depending on rainfall and temperatures during the growing season.

I'm usually gone by April 1st, off to more northernly climates, but this year I'll be here until May 1st. I'll continue to add to this page until then!

TED: Totally Excellent Dog

Teddy has some weird genetic hair issues going on. He's gone from short hair to long hair to a full mane to no mane, with plenty of iterations in between—and it doesn't depend on the season!

He's always happy to answer any questions too! You can email us at hillary@mybuzzabout.com but I'll respond for him as he hasn't gotten the knack of typing yet. WOOF!
